Processing fees, transaction fees, or other third-party charges incurred during the original purchase are generally non-refundable.
If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation or appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice, it will be considered a "no-show." No-shows are not eligible for refunds, and the service will be marked as delivered.
In cases of emergency or unexpected circumstances that prevent you from providing timely notice, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
